About us

Breaking the mould

Mention HR and people will roll their eyes and sigh deeply. Thankfully, Morgan Thomson isn’t your typical HR consultancy. We like to do things differently. Whilst we can get stuck into TUPE transfers and grievances, our holistic approach looks at your business as a whole, helping you build an environment that avoids problems occurring in the first place. We believe that HR should be proactive not reactive.

Founded by Stuart Falconer in 2020, we focus on advising and supporting small- and medium-sized and owner-managed businesses on all matters relating to HR, employee engagement and wellbeing. Our team has many years’ experience successfully helping businesses to get the best out of their HR processes, creating workplace cultures that value employees, empowering them to do a brilliant job and create a brilliant business.
